Visa processing software for every file you handle
A visa file is not one event; it is a sequence — documents in, medical, fingerprint, submission, stamping, delivery — each with a date, a cost and someone waiting for news. Losing track of where a file is costs more than the fee on it.
Every applicant, every stage
Each applicant has a file with their passport data, documents, vendor, cost, sale price and current stage. The whole desk can see what is where, what is stuck and what is due for delivery, without asking anyone.
- Saudi (KSA), Kuwait, manpower and visa-sale workflows
- Tourist visa with document checklists and quotation builder
- Delivery and return log for passports handed back
Passport data read from the passport
An unlimited local scanner reads the passport's machine-readable zone and fills the file — and the numbers are verified against the passport's own check digits, so a misread digit is caught instead of stored.
The money side, handled
Each file carries its supplier cost and its sale price, so the vendor's payable and the client's due are correct without a separate spreadsheet — and both flow into the same accounts as the ticketing desk.
MOFA, counted and paid for
Saudi files keep every MOFA an applicant has had, not just the latest. A second or third MOFA can add its charge to the same invoice as its own line, and MOFAs done from the agency's own ID draw their cost from a MOFA balance the agency tops up — with a report of every top-up and every MOFA charged.
- Several MOFAs per applicant, each kept in the file's history
- Own-office MOFA balance, refused when it runs short
- Daily report: sent to embassy, received, manpower, visa rejected
Questions agencies ask
- Does it cover manpower and medical as well as visas?
- Yes. Manpower recruitment stages and visa medical tests are their own workflows in the same system, with their own reports and dues.
- Can we send a client their document checklist?
- Yes — checklists and quotations go out as a branded PDF over WhatsApp or email in one click.
- Is passport scanning limited or charged per scan?
- No. Scanning runs on the agency's own PC, so it is unlimited and costs nothing per document.
